Working with Tribe allowed our charity to both formalise our thoughts/initiatives in a clear structure as well as stretch and challenge our strategy to deliver on our promises to our beneficiaries. We now have a set of four values that are the pillars of our activity. Charlotte was great to work with, the process was structured but flexible for our use case and Charlotte ensured we were utilising the time spent together as a team as efficiently as possible.
